Professional Strength Multi-Seal Graffiti Remover

Graffiti remover that uses gentle cleaning action rather than harsh solvents. Water-based, biodegradable, non-flammable. Thick liquid sticks to walls and cleans out pores. Can be used on both hot and wet walls. Can be used when raining or windy.  Especially effective on textured unpainted surfaces, e.g. brick, block or bare concrete. If allowed to dry on surfaces, rinses easily. Does not require high pressure water rinse.
